We have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our impressive head office in the heart of Sheffield.

The successful candidate will be joining a well-established service desk, dealing with queries from thousands of end users across the business, ranging from basic level 1 tasks through to the more challenging level 2 requests.

We’re looking for people who WANT to keep learning and training on the job and who are keen to deal with more technical tasks as they grow during their career. As a business, we always try to promote from within where possible and so the opportunity for progression is endless for people who work hard and want to progress.

Previous commercial experience of working within an IT Service Desk/Helpdesk/IT Support environment is essential for this role.

Key Skills:

* Previous commercial experience within a similar role
* Strong technical knowledge
* Active Directory/MS Exchange knowledge
* A desire to keep learning and improving your technical knowledge
* Strong team centric approach to problems
* A degree or equivalent in a Computer Science/IT/STEM related subject
