Job Title: HR Manager (Fixed Term Contract)
Salary: £40,000pa
Location: Cambridgeshire

Our client is one of the success stories within the FMCG industries and as a result of continued expansion they are looking to appoint a HR Manager, to effectively be responsible for the day to day running of the HR function at their site in Cambridgeshire. This is a fixed term contract lasting 6-9months with opportunities within the business thereafter.

Reporting in to the Managing Director, the role will consist of managing the HR function, training, recruitment and payroll functions, including all people-related tasks. You will be managing the efficient running of the department, with a large manufacturing team operating over a variety of shift patterns, the role will be busy and fast moving.

For this position, good organisational skills are essential, along with an ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks, and an ability to work independently. You will require good systems skills and have sound knowledge of employment law along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
