The Role:

A Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing helpdesk support to their customers across their entire product portfolio. This role would be ideal as a first role for someone looking to break into the IT industry, the role will form an integral part of the Operations team.


• Work closely with our suppliers and customers to provide remote end user support

• Respond to inquiries from staff, customers, service providers etc. to provide technical assistance and support

• Support all aspects of the product suite

• Deal with support escalations and pre-arranged changes or upgrades

• Ensure documentation is kept up to date

• Any other duties as requested by the business

Skills & Experience:

• Attention to detail, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard

• Prioritising workloads

• Must have an interest in IT

• IT GCSE is desirable

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Team Player
