An expanding IT company is seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their organisation on a permanent basis. The role is working for a leading IT services organisation and includes 2nd line remote support and on-site client IT support.

You must drive to be consdiered as the role will include on-site support for various clients around the local area.

Role

* Providing 2nd line support in a managed services capacity - adhering to ITIL processes
* You will be required to manage the service desk as well resolving issues with all hardware & software raised by customers and in house
* Ensuring that all tickets raised meet the agreed SLA's for the customers
* Deliver a high level of customer service

Requirements

* Experience of working with Windows 7/8/10
* Experience deploying windows - SCCM
* Strong communication skills
* Experience with Active Directory
* Experience of troubleshooting Windows Server (Apply online only) (desriable)
* Experience supporting hardware
* Previous experience in an SLA environment
* Previous hands on experience with Office 365/Office 2013 (desirable)

Salary
£24-26,000 + overtime + benefits
