What will you be doing?

As Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will head up an existing team of five. The company are looking for someone with previous line management responsibility who can demonstrate an ability to grow and develop the people in their team.

Reporting in to the company’s Head of Marketing, it’ll be your job to work hand-in-hand with the Director of Global Sales to develop and execute all company campaigns that support and manage new leads.

This is a broad role that will cover online and offline B2B activity. As well as developing the marketing strategy, you’ll be someone who’s also happy to be hands on and get stuck in. The role will include:

* Pipeline management – you’ll develop and implement a process to identify new leads and manage them through the sales lifecycle, making sure they’re kept ‘warm’ and nurtured throughout

* Campaign planning and delivery – you’ll come up with ideas that’ll make this company stand out from the crowd. This will include activity covering the full marketing mix

* Reporting – you’ll analyse and report back on all of the campaigns that’ll include activity completed, KPIs, revenue generated etc.

* Content creation – you and your team will be responsible for providing all the material and content to support the sales team’s activity. This will include print, digital, social media and events etc.

* Relationship management – as well as developing relationships with internal teams, you will also lead on the marketing relationships with the company’s strategic partners

* Team management – you’ll manage a results-focussed team and be someone who can encourage and inspire them to go above and beyond the targets they’ve been set. You’ll work hand in hand with each of the team to plan their development and possible career progression
