Role:

In this role, you’ll be working in a fun, vibrant, open-plan office based in Newcastle City Centre within a team of other BDEs. Your day will mostly be spent calling prospects, booking qualified appointments and introducing new products and services to existing customers.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a focused and driven BDE with excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner. A track record of winning new business in the technology sector and a hunger to either run a sales team or win and manage targeted accounts is advantageous.

Essential Requirements:

* 2-5 years desk based sales experience

* Excellent communication and written skills with a confident telephone manner

* Self-motivated, ambitious and driven to over achieve set targets/KPIs

* Proficient computer literacy – able to use Office and Outlook to organise meetings

* Must be confident in speaking to high level Executives

* Good listening skills and detail orientated

* Resilience – must be resilient and able to turn rejection into a positive

* Ability to work within a changing environment
