The Job

This role is responsible for ongoing analysis of ServiceSource and industry specific data, obtained from a variety of sources, including CRM, financial, and demographic data. It requires the ability to analyze complex data from conceptualization through presentation of the data. It requires proficiency with analytical tools, thorough understanding of business, and knowledge of data analysis methodology, use of presentation tools, strong communication skills and a strong commitment and affinity for delivering the highest level of data services.


* Performs complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc customer requests, and effectively presents data results to business users in an appropriate simplified manner

* Perform complex data manipulations and prepare data using Excel to make it ready to load in CRM or update CRM data. Develops programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data.

* Uses and supports database applications and analytical tools: evaluates data quality, applications, and functions, produces output, and maintains data assets.

* Acquire client specific business knowledge for different regions to validate the client data, Identify the ways to enrich it, and approve (on behalf of business teams) to load it in SREV CRM systems.

* Develops awareness of and familiarity with issues and events affecting service source data assets.

* Set up and drive regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.

* Coordinate with Data Engineers/Specialists, Configuration specialists, Engineering and Quality engineers, Product and solutions teams in order to roll out new data-driven solutions and applications.

* Design and development of client specific reports, metrics and dashboards.

* Role models problem solving, communication, critical thinking, business understanding, natural leadership skills, sound business judgment.


* 5+ years’ of extensive experience in data analysis and business support

* Exceptional written/verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills

* Highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, data manipulations, adept at estimating work and managing expectations, and able to set and adjust priorities as needed

* Highly motivated “self-starter” capable of managing projects without direct management

* Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel and power point skills

* Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks and prioritize appropriately according to SLA’s and business needs.

* Solution-oriented, proactive approach coupled with practical knowledge of execution in a high-growth environment.

* Preferred candidate with experience on: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SQL querying, Salesforce
