The Role

At the heart of our service to our employer clients and their staff are our Talent Coaches, whose key role is to support and guide engaged staff through every stage of their journey. You will be at the leading edge of our commitment to provide every staff member with an outstanding experience and help our clients see a clear return on their investment. We are seeking Talent Coaches with experience of TLA and developing the skills, behaviors and competencies of apprentices in the following sectors:

Level 5 Management

You will work from home, managing your own diary and case load and visiting staff based at client sites at various locations, so you must be comfortable with some travel.

It is essential that you have excellent vocational experience in the sector for which you are interested in applying for and hold the appropriate level of qualification. We offer a full induction and training package to our new staff so you very quickly feel part of the team.

As an essential car user, you must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver, have access to your own vehicle and have the right to live and work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

* Coach apprentices to reach their full potential by providing key support, mentoring, challenge and motivation throughout all aspects of their learning journey.

* Identify and assess learners' needs and put in place robust learning plans, with realistic and challenging goals, that enable learners to understand their personal journey and realise their potential.

* Deliver high quality, informative and inspiring learning and development workshops to groups of learners, where appropriate.

* Actively support, mentor and motivate learners across the entire learner journey to help them with the timely completion of their learning aims and qualification. Contact will be varied and might include face to face, email, Skype, webinars etc.

* Innovating programme content and teaching, learning and assessment methodologies to meet individual apprentice and business needs.

* Enacting effective programme delivery utilising a coaching and blended learning pedagogy to train, monitor, develop and assess apprentices against relevant qualification Standards/ frameworks supporting them attaining occupational competence.

* Observe, mark, assess and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the awarding body. Provide insightful, constructive and informative feedback to help the learner maximize their potential.

* Assess and monitor learner progress & performance in line with the apprenticeship frameworks/ standards and the occupational expectations of the business. Maintain and record data in accordance with the funding body and Awarding organisation requirements.

* Coaching and developing of apprentices through progress reviews, welfare support and careers guidance to aid their progression, attainment and transition into the business.

* Providing and monitoring the effective safeguarding, SHE, welfare and support arrangements for apprentices throughout their programme.

* Effectively recording /reporting of performance data in support of delivery outstanding outcomes for apprentices.

* Proactively monitor, evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience.

* Completing of apprentices into final positions
