Key responsibilities

Set strategic direction for key channels utilised to engage customers across two therapeutic indications
Drive strategy for customer engagement from a national to a local level
Cross functional working with brand and field team to coordinate tactical execution for areas of responsibility within overarching dermatology strategy
Full integration of field based teams to generate seamless implementation of dermatology strategy
Co-ordination of all customer facing education channels to drive strategies across two dermatology indications
Insights gathering to feed into future planning for both in-market product and pipeline
Management of agencies to align implementation to strategic direction
Integral role in brand planning process


Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
Ability to work well with multi-functional teams and across all levels within the organisation.
Experience with multiple brands or multiple stages of the product life cycle
Previous marketing experience; launch experience is preferred
Strong influencing, negotiating, facilitating and partnership skills required.
Strong budget management skills
Comprehensive understanding of the ABPI code.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
The ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines is necessary.
