My client, an exciting and forward-thinking Life Insurance company who specialsise in providing financial advisors and their clients with products and services to the highest level. For them, it's all about being part of a team where you really can make a difference. They are a digital organisation, where IT works as a key component of the business, not as a supplier to it.
The role itself is an Application Support Analyst, and the succesful candidate will help extend and improve the service provided by IT to the business and their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gathering information on IT service issues and mapping operational business isses to application and infrastructure architecture
* Triaging complex IT incidents, possibly across multiple applications and multiple business processes.
* An understanding of IT processes and monitoring of the services within the process, including using and improving across DevOps tools, service logging and helpdesk systems.
Attributes:
* Experience within relevant areas including working across multiple application and technological domains.
* A great team player, both; able to articulate to technical and business audiences
* Someone with a great technological background, who is willing to pick up skills on the job
My client is looking for someone to come into the business, to provide all-line support across the business
