The Technical Account Manager is responsible for managing client expectations and creating opportunities to achieve business growth targets and must have the ability to build a relationship from within a Client account. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading brand within the financial sector.

Client Relationships

■ To manage a portfolio of client accounts and projects across a broad range of creative, technical and/or specialist activities.
■ To build and develop good relationships with the client and manage their perceptions and expectations
■ To develop existing client relationships in order to effectively communicate the Department’s operations and capabilities and to ensure a consistent and growing flow of work into the department
■ To constantly source, develop and manage new client areas of business, both internally and externally.
■ To work with colleagues to ensure that the overall department portfolio is managed effectively
■ To proactively provide expert advice and guidance on marketing, communication and technical issues in order to both maximise the effectiveness of the department’s services and to ensure consistency with corporate standards
■ To advise the client on the best solutions to meet their communication needs
■ To create, design and implement these solutions
■ To ensure high customer service levels and maximise the benefit of the Department to the company


■ Ensuring all communication email/SMS activity is fully documented and in line with compliance and security requirements.
■ Ensuring full testing and sign off is completed to campaign ‘go live’.
■ Delivery of communication marketing campaigns.
■ Planning and co-ordination of Marketing, Transactional and Project activity.
■ To exhibit best practices and industry standards related to digital channels and email in particular
