Are you an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal who is able to provide effective support to a Residential Conveyancing department?

In this role of the Legal Assistant/Paralegal , you will be tasked with providing full support to a busy Conveyancing team. This will include preparing correspondence using a case management system, attending to clients both on the telephone and in person, administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.

Please note that applications will only be considered from those with previous experience therefore it is essential that you have worked in a similar role previously.

Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to use initiative in a timely and accurate manner are the minimum expectations.
