The Duty Officer will deal with all in-resort issues.
The candidate will be reporting directly into the Head of Customer Experience. Salary 23k but will review depending on experience. Ideally, the person should be mature in their attitude to the role – as the position is very responsible out of hours for all customer service issues
Ability to handle:
Complaints
Customer queries
Suppliers
Issues- complaint handling regarding resorts, transfers, flights etc.
Candidate must be able to deliver an outstanding service to customers, this is a vital role within the company as you will be the main point of contact for resort customer queries for customers in resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer enquiries and providing customer advise while in resort
- Resolving customer in-resort complaints
- Liaising with suppliers regarding queries/complaints/issues
- Reporting escalations to internal teams
- Logging and tracking of in resort enquiries
This role is based at the head office in Uxbridge and is working 5 days (maybe nights) a week 9am- 5.30pm (Flexible days to include out of office hours and weekends).
Travel Industry experience - Essential
Excellent communication skills- Essential
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Able to show empathy and compassion whilst remaining professional at all times
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
