Principal Statistical Programmer,

Cambridge & Home based

£55 - 65,000 + bonus, health, pension, relocation

In this fulfilling role, you will play a true leadership role within the Statistical Programming group, contributing to a wide range of business critical activities such as developing and recruiting new talent into the business, mentoring and supporting others in the team, to bring out the best in every Programmer. Your influence and leadership skills will ensure that the group comprises of motivated and professionally challenged talent, who are focused on efficient and the highest quality of programming and validation of deliverables.

Working on behalf of some of the largest, and diverse pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, and consultancies, supporting clinical trials, you will play a central role in ensuring successful delivery of project deliverables, increasing the reputation of the company and further enhancing the on going relationship with clients, and the acquisition of additional new business wins.

Required Experience and Qualifications;

To be considered for this role our client is looking for talented candidates to be able to demonstrate the following;

Significant experience working with SAS and programming with clinical data, or a related, relevant field.
Successful track record leading and inspiring teams, mentoring personnel, and coordinating the workload of project teams.
Proven ability to lead relevant Statistical programming elements of multiple clinical projects concurrently.
Educated to degree level in an appropriate and relevant topic
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
