We are looking for a committed and passionate Business Development Manager to work for a reputable supplier of commercial drink dispensers (e.g. coffee, water and vending machines)
As Business Development Manager you will cover the South East, proactively developing and closing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for delivering personal revenue targets and for the new business growth targets in your assigned region.

As Business Development Manager your daily responsibilities are as follows:
To work effectively with senior decision makers to develop long-term strategic alliances that deliver bottom line profit for the business.
Develop, maintain and grow a robust pipeline to continuously grow the business and generate sales.
Attend conferences, exhibitions, seminars and professional association meetings and promote the company’s product solutions and brands with the highest standards of professionalism.
Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that demonstrate the company’s value proposition with clarity.
Self-generate leads every week through cold calling, network and any other appropriate means.
Constantly maximise cross selling and up selling opportunities within your region, ensuring a minimum level of penetration within your accounts.
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager or similar role
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales/sales management
* Ability to understand and analyse Key Performance Indicators and ROI
* Familiarity with using CRM software and opportunity/pipeline management
* Trained in advanced sales and consultative sales practices
* Strong Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs and ROI)
* Experience of selling in the Business Services Sector
* Highly computer literate
* High level of business acumen

Benefits:
* Salary of up to £45,000 (Depending on experience)
* Uncapped Commission
* Car Allowance- up to £500 p/m
* Absence bonus of £50 per month for no sickness taken
