This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Full Stack JavaScript Developer where you will have the opportunity to join a unique high growth organisation, focused on new generation technologies with masses of ethical benefits. You will build new customer-facing solutions which requires a range of front-end and server-side skills to produce well-engineered, responsive and easy-to-use applications.

Start: ASAP
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Hours: 40 hour week with core hours of 10am – 4pm Monday – Friday
Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum
Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays increasing up to 30 days, Up to 7% matched pension, share options, healthcare packages, loan and cash options, gym membership option, free parking.

As a Full Stack Developer you will be a major contributor to the design, development and deployment of new products constructed around the core platform and its Web Services API. Within the Operations team, you will work closely with development and business teams to create market-driven applications of the software.

Responsibilities:

* Work alongside multiple teams and a cross-platform to create new customer-facing solutions on top of core products

* Design and code responsive, web-based interactive applications / interfaces in a rapid, repeatedly customer-facing development environment

* Integration of products with third party technologies to deliver value

Knowledge and Experience:

* Strong front-end Responsive Web Development skills with the use of JavaScript Frameworks I.e. JQuery, Angular, React/Redux etc.

* Strong experience of server-side development using Node.js and Express; NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB (beneficial), Demonstrable experience of RESTful web service APIs

* In-depth knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and mobile devices development

* OO design, design patterns, automated testing, continuous integration and continuous delivery (full cycle software engineering skills)

* Mentality of a start-up employee ensuring to complete get tasks started and running quickly and a love for customer-facing development

* A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent
