Our client, a luxury travel company, is looking for a Trade Support Manager to own the administration of their loyalty programme as well as managing the processes and agreements with the various trade partners. This role requires strong systems skills, to set up new accounts and partners, in compliance with regulatory bodies, meeting the agreed service levels. This role requires a candidate that is highly organised and responsive, who can prioritise and communicate expectations clearly. Able to manage and motive staff, this role will ensure the team understands and follows the approved guidelines.
* Experience in managing teams in a sales/sales support environment
* Strong and accurate verbal and written communication skills
* Able to multitask and prioritise
* Proactive, motivational and calm under pressure
* Able to deal with partners at all levels
* Knowledge of processes and administration systems
