To work collaboratively with the store manager to oversee, manage the business to achieve goals and objectives in all key performance areas and develop the team. To be a role model in Beauty Therapy by providing customers with exceptional treatments and be a natural expert in the brand.

The Role
This is a dual role of Assistant Manager Beauty Therapist, so you will need to be sales and treatment focussed.
An inspirational leader you will lead from the front and train, monitor and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results. You will educate and speak about the brand with knowledge and passion, ensuring that marketing, engagement and follow up is done in the most innovative and customer focussed manner.
Duties;
ASM
Sales Results
Demonstrates initiative in conjunction with the Store Manager/RBM to achieve outstanding sales results by providing excellent customer service.
Achieve individual budgets, leading by example to motivate store team members to exceed individual budgets.
Marketing
Assist in effectively maximizing the use of marketing programs and initiatives.
Ensure product display is attractive, in-line with merchandising standards and at correct levels to ensure maximum sales.
Customer Service
Effectively manage customer complaints and requests (with assistance of Store Manager).
Ensure Vend is utilised following the procedure manual for all transactions, transfers and enquiries.
Team Management
Training and performance management of concept store team members. Consultation and provision of performance information to the Store Manager. Constant interaction with customers.
Ensure store team members display a sense of urgency of the sales floor without being overtly overwhelming to customers.
Understand and demonstrate ability to perform all managerial administrative tasks and comply with all company procedures.
Effectively assist with managing store team members to achieve store goals and objectives. • Work with Store Manager to ensure effective performance feedback is given to all store team members.
Store Maintenance
Complete housekeeping duties on a timely basis.
Contribute towards the achievement of store shrinkage budget and stock takes.
Attend all necessary Education sessions.
Role model Brand personal grooming standards and monitor team members.
Assist in managing store productivity in line with budget whilst maintaining high customer service
standards.
Rota
Assist with managing an efficient rota to ensure all areas of the store are staffed adequately and on a timely basis (including coverage for sick and annual leave).
Stock control
Present and maintain all stock in the store according to the brand Visual Merchandising guidelines.
Maintain reserve stock and show initiative to ensure levels are always adequate.
Beauty Therapy
Establish client needs by selling the benefits of the brands products.
Introduce customers to the brands database benefits
Handle point of sale transactions proficiently.
Manage waiting customers and queues.
Manage appointment book using effective telephone handling technique.
Respond positively to customer feedback in particular, difficult customers.
Treatments:
Anticipate client’s arrival and prepare relative client card or create prior to appointments.
Discuss reason for particular treatment the client will have to identify needs and ensure client is fit for treatment.
Introduce first time products for home use before treatment.
Conduct treatment and provide a pampering and nurturing experience explaining benefits of each brand product applied.
Wake up slowly with Floral Spray and glass of water.
Record discussions and prescriptions on client cards.
Maximise 15 minute interval in between treatments to firstly close the sale and secondly prepare the room for the next client.
Re-book clients after treatments or book when placing a follow up call at the client’s home.
The Person
You will be an experienced Assistant Beauty Store Manager with a passion for holistic skincare. Your passion will be infectious and your sales ability, natural and proven.
You will be a qualified beauty therapist
You will have experience in demonstrating skincare products to customers and be comfortable in training your team in application and demonstration.
You will be able to demonstrate previous success lunching/managing a flagship skincare store
You will be creative, brave and driven to succeed.
