Our client, an FM services provider has identified a requirement for a CAFM administrator. This is a great opportunity to become part of their Software Solutions Team which will aims to deliver and maintain high standards in a programme designed to underpin the clients evolution towards becoming a truly world class business in the future.

This position would suit an individual interested in a career in CAFM or an interest in Data interpretation and problem solving along with enjoying a varied busy role.

The main duties required from this role are:

* All Administration tasks related to software.

* Assisting your CAFM Support Team peers in problem solving.

* Input of Customer Agreements.

* Revision of contracts & review.

* Assisting with Mobilisations and Demobilisations from a System Perspective.

* Assisting and resolving Support Tickets assigned to the team.

* Good Communication Skills both written and verbal.

* Ability to interact with all levels of management and peers.

* Providing assistance to The CAFM Support Manager as and when required.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

* Attention to Detail is a must.

* Previous experience working on a CAFM platform.

* Excellence in Customer Service.

* Ability to work professionally and accurately under pressure.

* Ability to interpret data in different formats (word, excel, handwritten etc) and input into a Maximo Customer Agreement using data entry tools developed
