An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Marketing Department for a motivated individual looking to start or further their career within the retail marketing industry.

This is a temporary, full time position where the successful applicant will be required to work 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday based at our Head Office. The expected length of this contract is 9 - 12 months.

Main responsibilities :

* Managing Point of Sale (POS) for all the stores, including obtaining offers from the Buying Team, briefing the requests to the Graphic Design Team checking the work and sending out the complete POS
* Be a point of contact for store enquiries
* Design and managing in store signage
* Assist with photo-shoots
* Order company stationary and maintain existing stock
* Complete the weekly bulletin that’s used for store communications
* Review weekly Trustpilot reviews for the store managers
* Complete the monthly marketing planner
* Maintain the internal notice boards with up to date marketing initiatives
* Support with press ads and flyers
* Write promotional SMS messages
* Write and compile information for the company newsletter

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience working in a marketing department is preferred
* Educated to a degree level would be preferred
* Excellent writing skills
* Ability to use Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to work to strict deadlines
* Candidates invited to interview will be asked to present a portfolio of previous work/ projects.
