myfm ltd are looking for a recent graduate to take on the role of Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator at our City Offices. This new role will become part of our Management Services Team and be responsible for running the full cycle of marketing between myfm and external/internal stakeholders. The successful individual will have full control of and accountability for this function. A single voice for myfm through all different social media channels will be imperative; the creativity behind this comes from the individual.
What you will be doing
* Develop, support and promote company goals, including message development, social media content creation and media outreach
* Develop and disseminate public relations materials that increase our visibility among stakeholders
* Build and maintain relationships with customer audiences that will help advance our work
* Identify target audiences and create strategies to effectively engage them
* Ensure digital marketing content aligns with our brand’s identity and message
* Work closely with leaders and executives to develop and strengthen employee and contractor engagement activities
Key skills and experience
* Recent Graduate in Marketing, communications studies, journalism or an equivalent specialism
* Proven ability in writing professional web and marketing copy, with the ability to produce compelling and optimised copy while maintaining brand messaging, persuasiveness and readability
* Proven listening, negotiating and influencing skills
* Creative thinker with campaign knowledge
* Excellent communications skills, with a solid knowledge of English grammar and the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
* Analytical, with the ability to interpret information, news, data and research quickly – and distil the most important/relevant information to inform unique and innovative new content and creation ideas
* Blogging experience
* Excellent working knowledge of major social media channels including LinkedIn and Twitter
* Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to multi-task
