Morrison Utility Services are currently looking to recruit a Project Co-ordinator. As the Project Co-ordinator you will play a vital role in ensuring project documentation and communication is efficiently and effectively managed. The Project Coordinator works closely with the Program Managers, Senior Project Managers and key stakeholders across the business to manage the planning, launch, execution and closing of programs and projects. Able to undertake the management of small to medium scale projects as directed by the project manager

Specific Responsibilities:

* Works with stakeholders across the business to develop detailed project documentation from inception to delivery

* Provide key data to program or project manager for input into portfolio reporting

* Support the preparation of all project reportable artefacts (ranging from executive dashboard reports to project plans)

* Assist in the project meetings including meeting minutes and ensuring key stakeholder attendance and accountability

* Facilitate the resolution of complex project problems

* Responsible for the consistent communication of all project data points ( including milestones, financials and expectations)

* Ensures collaboration across multiple teams

* Aggregate project risks, assumptions, dependencies across multiple teams

* Ensures risk and issues have mitigation and remediation plans

* Escalates project and program issues to relevant stakeholders

* Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Required Skills/Experience

* Good working knowledge of project / programme management methodologies

* Good presentation & interpersonal skills

* Strong MSOffice skills, especially Project, PowerPoint, and Excel

* Experience of supporting project & programme managers in complex environment

* Forward-thinking and takes a holistic view

* Self-motivated, well-organised and self-reliant

* Strong analytical, interpretation and reporting skills

* Exposure to working with stakeholders at a senior level

* Working towards project management or equivalent industry qualification

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree preferred

* Agile experience a plus

* JIRA system experience a bonus

* Salesforce experience a bonus
