We are mid-way through an exciting 2 year digital ‘Workwise’ programme to compliment the wide range of services we offer our residents. One of the key features of our digital programme is an online portal, developed on Microsoft’s Azure platform, to enable residents to self-serve by accessing a range of online services anywhere, anytime.
The Dynamics CRM Developer
Working in partnership with the business, you’ll be critical in contributing to the whole software development lifecycle, using your technical skills in the Dynamics CRM platform. This involves, but is not limited to, working in an agile way across the .NET stack to deliver CRM related services (including APIs and plug-ins), integrations and reports. You will be working across multiple application projects, liaising with 3rd parties ensuring quality control of deliverables, providing subject matter expertise with regards to Dynamics CRM.
Dynamics CRM Developer Key tasks:
+ Lead in the technical development of the Dynamics CRM projects
+ Produce detailed designs and estimates for proposed solution
+ Implement of CRM customisations, plugins and integrations
+ Configure Dynamics CRM according to business requirements, carry out testing, development and producing documentation of CRM solutions
+ Support the development of new reporting and SSIS integration services
+ Manage and advise on CRM maintenance and security
+ Participate in the full SDLC
+ Participate as a member of information technology teams, contributing to data architecture discussions, investigating the use of new development tools, and facilitating change.
+ At all times follow the financial regulations, policies and procedures at NHH.
+ At all times follow NHH's Health and Safety policy and related procedures, keeping up to date with changes and taking action to maintain personal health and safety and that of others.
You must also be able to or have the following knowledge, skills or experience:
+ Proven experience with Dynamics CRM (Versions 2015/2016/365), CRM deployment, configuration and experience in carrying out version upgrades
+ MS SQL 2012, 2014
+ SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
+ Great communication skills and team player
The following knowledge, skills or experience is desirable
+ Experience in Azure Stack
+ Experience in NoSQL databases
