Hours offered - Term Time only (39 weeks per year) - Home or Office Based

Designed in partnership with schools, we provide a smart assessment, tracking & communication web-based solution for schools, academies, MATs and local authorities. Its modular approach is designed to dramatically reduce the administration and data management burden. We also fully integrate with leading schools’ management ICT systems including SIMS, RM Integris, Facility CMIS, Scholar Pack and Wauton Samuel.

Telesales / Telemarketer Key Duties / Responsibilities:

+ Proactively follow up leads generated from mailshot campaigns, shows, Awareness Days, Conferences etc. to create face to face or WebEx appointments for the BDMs
+ Book meetings for BDMs – to include creating appointments in the Outlook diary, confirming by email with the prospect and providing relevant information to the BDM
+ Log all activity onto the appointments register and keep up to date
+ Keep the CRM up to date
+ Track activity on the appointments register by liaising with the BDMs and rearrange appointments where necessary
+ Track activity on the appointments register to record information for data analysis
+ Keep in regular contact with BDMs to identify specific areas for targeting in relation to their business plans
+ Identify and follow up opportunities with prospects who are not already identified – link groups of schools and MATs
+ Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy
+ Work closely with the marketing team
+ Work to specific targets to achieve what is required
+ Share Best Practise ideas
+ Carry out any associated admin duties
+ Attend shows as and when required

What we're looking for:

+ Experience in the education sector
+ Sales experience - inbound and outbound

You may have worked in the following capacities:
Internal Sales, Telesales, Software Sales, Education Sales, Teacher, Teaching Assistant, Sales Executive.
