Excellent opportunity for an experienced and talented Proposal, BID, Pre-Sales candidate looking to join an agile, entrepreneurial and dynamic multi-award winning technology consulting firm. This role will act as the single point of contact for all Opportunity Management Functions which includes day to day interaction with Business Development Managers, Client Directors and the Solutions and Advisory services team.

Bid Coordinator Key Responsibilities Include:

+ Opportunity Management – Responsible for the Opportunity Management process ensuring all proposals are produced to the highest standard and ensuring all opportunities have resources assigned.

+ Opportunity Review Meeting, The Deal Clinic - Facilitate the meeting ensuring actions are completed in a timely manner. Working with the Solutions and Advisory Services and Business Development team to develop and execute a sales strategy, ensuring the teams responses are always tailored to the client's requirements reflecting our values and expertise.

+ Solutions and Advisory Services, Team Management - Support the SAS team by scheduling resources, facilitate the weekly meetings and publish schedules. Can demonstrate and suggest new ways to communicate, collaborate and connect the teams.

A great role for you if you have in-depth knowledge of the following: 

Strong data analysis skills | Knowledge in O365 with the ability to compile, summarise and clearly present large amounts of information | Experience with Dynamics CRM, PowerPivot and PowerBI

About you:

You will be able to clearly demonstrate your successful track record of bid delivery and management and will be an individual who can influence and motivate others. You would have at least 2-3 years experience within a similar technology area such as Outsource IT, Data Centre services or Managed Services.
