Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a Payroll Services Specialist based in the Barnsley area on behalf of a key client.

The Payroll Services Specialist is required to work as part of the payroll team to ensure operational systems are robust and relevant processes support the delivery of a top class payroll service.

Duties of the role include:

- Deliver an excellent service which meets or exceeds agreed business requirements
- Assist in the delivery of all systemic change and system audits
- Building relationships with stakeholders
- Provide specialist system knowledge for payroll including system training and development
- Produce management information on a monthly basis
- Provide project resources to the Time and Attendance and Payroll team
- Work closely with HR to improve inefficiencies


- CIPP Qualified
- Excellent knowledge of varied and complex T&A and payroll systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Flexible attitude and commitment to weekend/late working as required
