An established and successful IT services company based in central London and New Zealand. Their clients are professional services businesses, typically headquartered in central London.

Their job is to be their clients trusted advisor when it comes to new IT developments and to ensure their IT works seamlessly. As they build on their success, they are looking to expand their highly credible Client Services team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a great communicator, who wants to learn and is looking for a role that offers real career development potential. The role will involve but not limited to:
- Client success: Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, in person and remotely
- Client education: Creating awareness about possible service options and IT solutions
- Business, operational & strategic management: Helping to identify development opportunities, providing communications to all levels within an organisation, and working closely with technically-astute colleagues to accelerate problem resolution
- Commercial awareness: Assisting with developments to target business profitability within each client by preparing and interpreting data, and providing input into solutions
- Service delivery management: Managing client satisfaction/ expectations, ensuring we exceed SLAs and providing client reports to demonstrate value-add

This role is not sales focused but demands a consultative approach to client, service and relationship development.

Relevant industry experience would be useful but finding the right person with the skills and determination to excel at the role is more important to us.

- A positive mindset and good sense of humour!

- A strong academic background, ideally educated to degree level
- Experience of working in a related role such as Account Management, Service Management or Client Success
- Experience in an IT/tech-based environment would be a bonus
