Our client provide a bespoke facilities service to corporate clients on a global basis.
They require an experienced Administrator who can work in a busy client focused environment. This is a maternity cover position.
Specific tasks include:
Client liaison - acting as a first point of contact in relation to project updates
Management of client database system
Liaison with field based staff and operational management
Support of operations team with ad hock tasks
Your skills package will include:
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Solid IT skills - intermediate level on Excel
Ability to multitask/manage different projects at the same time
The ideal candidate will have a background in the Construction,Facilities,Engineering or Industrial sectors
