Timeplan Education are working in partnership with a continually growing multi-academy trust, who have schools based across the Midlands and Yorkshire. The academy trust are seeking to appoint a Lead Practitioner for Maths (Primary Key Stages) from January 2019 or sooner dependant on availability.

Joining as a Lead Practitioner, you will have a successful track record of high quality teaching and will now be seeking a role that will enable you to step out of the classroom and into the role as coach across a number of schools within the academy trust.

The successful person will be coaching and mentoring others, offering advice and feedback to improve their quality and consistency of teaching practice. With a key focus on Maths, you will have a proven track record of outstanding teaching, with experience of role modelling best practice to others. You will also partner other leaders and teaching colleagues across the Trust, working in line with their school improvement plans to highlight and implement strategies that have a positive impact on pupil outcomes in literacy at all key stages.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

* Do you play a key role in the leadership and development of Maths within your current school?
* Have you partnered with other schools to promote collaborative working and the sharing of good practice?
* Do you have experience of observing lessons and providing feedback to help the development of others?
* Are you keen to develop innovative practice in your subject?
