Marketing Manager, Cambridge – Are you a proactive and efficient marketing professional looking to step into a highly reputable retail organisation who are market leaders in their field? We’re looking for an outgoing, experienced and proactive marketing manager to lead a vibrant and growing marketing team within the beautiful countryside of Cambridgeshire. So, if you’re creative, have strong commercial awareness, and are capable of driving the core commercial strategy for a sizable and successful consumer business, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

With at least 3+ years marketing experience working with both B2B and B2C channels, you will have previous experience working across the full marketing mix. This role will see you liaising with the media for the creation of print and digital materials, you’ll be conversing with key stakeholders that will best promote the brand. As well as managing a driven team of 3, you’ll be providing support to the wider sales and design teams to help with promotional tools and activities. Team management is vital for this position so it’s important you’re a motivational and admirable leader that can encourage them to achieve positive and impactful results, providing constructive feedback where necessary.

As the Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for increasing brand awareness within a highly competitive environment, whilst upholding the outstanding reputation for this award-winning brand. You’ll be working closely with the global team to ensure the best marketing practices are in place for the company across Europe. With your excellent time management and organisational skills, you’ll be developing and delivering a strategic marketing plan within the agreed budget, so you must be capable of working at pace and under pressure. In addition to this you must keep on top of the latest B2B & B2C market trends. This will include attending relevant events and exhibitions where you’ll be scoping future business opportunities and competitor behaviours within the market that will be used to develop NPD and business development opportunities.
