Are you looking to work for a small financial services company with ambitious growth plans? Do you have some proven administration or PA experience and a self-motivated attitude?
Our client, a Cheltenham based professional services business is looking to add to its small team by recruiting an experienced Administrator who can talk confidently to senior external stakeholders.
Please note ideally this role will start off on a temporary basis and will become permanent for the right candidate.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the post holder will be responsible for responding to client requests both via email and over the telephone, requesting and chasing financial information, and processing case information.
In addition, you will be saving and sending documentation, amending terms and conditions and maintaining office processes and procedures.
We are looking for a candidate with sound administrative capabilities who is numerate and has good written and spoken communication. High attention to detail is essential as is a willingness to work alone on occasions.
Someone with a knowledge of the financial services industry is preferred although not essential.
Above all we require a highly experienced administrator with proven client management or client servicing skills.
