We have an exciting opportunity for Brand Content and Social Marketing Assistant working with Prestige Iconic Automotive OEM based in Gaydon, Warks

Job Purpose:

Joining a fresh team with new ideas, this role is to support the global brand marketing team with increasing awareness and love for the Companies prestige products by helping to deliver some of the world’s best content and social media campaigns. The rock of the team, this person will devise fresh plans and processes for organising and measuring our content and social operations whilst still creating content which showcases the clients lifestyle, supporting the brand’s continued growth and the second-century plan

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

* Plan, coordinate and deliver social-first marketing campaigns which lift brand understanding and love for the client and its products,

* Devise and own a programme to cross-pollinate brand experiences, increasing audiences engagement with and love for the brand through encouraging fans of client to join us in other environments; email sign-up, spend time on the website, subscribe to the magazine, attend events etc.

* Support the Marketing Executive in creating and coordinating a world-leading influencer programme

* Co-ordinate content archives and keep a track of production outputs (videos, photography etc.) from new and existing marketing shoots

* Collate requirements for the creative concept process and sourcing relevant content for marketing and PR communications. Where applicable supporting film & photography shoots

* Keep track of all requests and opportunities for social media and content, ensuring that all future and present activity is logged in one place

* Keep the team on-track by ensuring intended brand marketing strategies and plans are delivered, checking back against pre-agreed approaches and timings and chasing for updated plans where necessary

* Regularly be the voice of the client across all social channels and online platforms, including operating the channels independently at least one weekend each month

* Create regular and deeper reports which track brand awareness and brand love including social media reach, share of voice, brand understanding and influencer impact

* With a heavy focus on social media, research and keep up-to-date with best-practice from other luxury and global zeitgeist brands, sharing these learnings with both the marketing team and regional marketing leads

Qualification & Experience:

* Solid understanding and passion for marketing, particularly through social media

* Strong project management/organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

* Marketing or equivalent business degree or similar experience

* A proven understanding of how celebrities, influencers and opinion formers can help brands

* A creative and developing working knowledge of content marketing and an understanding of how this can be applied across a whole marketing experience (social, websites, retail, email, events, magazines etc.)

* A collaborative approach and the ability to effectively interact with and influence a diverse group of people, including an empathetic view of stakeholder requirements

* Ahead of the curve with a finger on the pulse of popular culture and an understanding of what makes audiences tick

* Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, including excellent written English.

* A good relationship builder

* Flexible and prepared to travel; working weekends and out of usual office hours regularly with a willingness to work overseas when required

* A proven ability to get things done, breaking down tasks into smaller pieces where required

** Please note this is a 6-month fixed term contract**
