Marketing Manager - Technology / Property

We are working with an amazing technology business that works in the Property and Development sector empowering them to become better digitally connected through their expertise in technology and real estate.

They are now looking for a |dynamic Marketing Manager to come on board to help define and deliver their UK marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building awareness within the property sector in order to generate new business and drive client retention.

The Marketing Manager will have proven strategic planning, content writing, event management, digital marketing, and project management skills. This role is ideal for a driven, creative, and organised marketer who is excited about playing a key role in a fast growing and innovative company.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement multi-channel campaigns targeting key players in the commercial real estate sector to build brand awareness and support sales;

  • Undertake benchmarking and competitive intelligence on the commercial real estate and property industries to continuously develop the brand's marketing strategy, content planning and ultimately their product;

  • Create and manage the implementation of their B2B thought leadership content marketing;

  • Work closely with the Client Success and Business Development teams to design and execute marketing initiatives to support clients during the duration of the certification and drive retention rates;

  • Drive national brand awareness by organising and preparing for successful, topical and news generating city launches across the UK;

  • Work in close collaboration with their public relations agency in the UK to reinforce their brand within the property sector;

  • Support the definition and implementation of global marketing initiatives to streamline marketing processes and initiatives internally;

  • Manage a Marketing Executive who is responsible for social media, email campaigns and supports all other campaign work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, where they will have developed the following skills:

  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills;

  • Agency/ external vendor management experience;

  • Understanding of public relations;

  • An understanding of inbound marketing methodology and experience using HubSpot or a similar automated marketing platform;

  • Interest and experience in event management;

  • Strong project management skills;

  • Integrated approach to multi-channel marketing communications;

  • Experience in real estate (not required, but a plus);

  • InDesign and Photoshop (not required, but a plus).

In addition, the candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Extensive marketing experience;

  • Interest in the commercial real estate sector and new technologies;

  • Curiosity coupled with a proactive approach to learning and growing professionally;

  • Appetite for a start-up environment with a strong international viewpoint;
