Are you an experienced mentor and leader of teams who strives for the highest quality of work and customer service?

This is a hands on role whereby the successful candidate will be pro-active role in nurturing and developing staff. Ideally you will have a background in hospitality and leading a team of manual workers. It is also imperative that this candidate has the ability to build strong cross departmental relationships.


The overall purpose of this role is to monitor the on-going quality of work of the caretaking staff (cleaners/gardeners and Concierge staff) within the Facilities Management team, with the goal of ensuring our estates achieve an 'excellent' rating. You will be responsible for motivating staff on a regular basis and to provide support and training as and when required.

This is an important action-orientated role, providing support to the Facilities General Manager and a vital link between staff working on our estates and the office. You must be well organised at all times, in order to operate to the highest standards and inspire their people to achieve them. If they fall short, you should take ownership to ensure issues are fully resolved. The 'buck' stops with you. Think like a resident, anticipate their issues and address them. They shouldn't receive any complaints.


This group specialises in the ongoing management of large residential developments, including the effective administration of +£20m of client service charge budgets. Based in Cambridge and with offices in London, Bracknell and Nottingham, this group works across East Anglia, London, the Home Counties, the South and East Midlands, and has plans for further growth. The Group also consists of separate Facilities Management and Legal businesses, employing over 200 people. This group prides itself on a commitment to excellence and customer service.
