HR Advisor - Suffolk - Home-based

To be considered for this position you will need at least 3 years HR generalist experience working at a similar level within a commercial environment. This position will be home-based covering a multisite operation throughout locations within the Suffolk region. Own transport is essential and mileage will be reimbursed.

This is an exceptional opportunity for ambitious and enthusiastic HR professional who can support a growing HR Team that provide a comprehensive HR service to all levels of personnel within the organisation. This is a generalist role covering all areas of HR including; employee relations, recruitment, employee benefits, policies & procedures, TUPE, due diligence, Union negotiations, training & development, employee performance reviews, people development, succession planning, performance management and associated documentation.

This position operates within a heavily Unionised environment therefore previous experience in this area is essential. You will be fully conversant and up-to-date with all aspects of employment law, TUPE, and HR best practise. You will be expected to be CIPD (part qualified) and possess excellent IT skills with ability to formulate reports using Word, produce Excel spreadsheets using basic formulas and design presentations using PowerPoint.

This will be an exciting, varied, hands-on, and challenging role requiring excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
