Required - full time and / or part time helpdesk assistants to work alongside their Helpdesk support engineers.

Established for over 20 years with an enviable reputation for exceeding customer expectations the company has grown substantially both in terms of customers, range of services and staff. From a home computer shop repairing and selling systems they have changed with the demands of their customers and now offer PC Support, Hosted Services, Field Services and much more. Their service & support department continues to grow due to a healthy demand from existing and new customers.

The Role:

Part of a growing team in their helpdesk department. Assisting the support engineers by answering calls, taking accurate notes and entering into database. Assisting with other diverse admin tasks including basic internet research, compiling excel spreadsheets etc. and performing basic support tasks (training will be provided).

Would suit - all ages, full or part time

Required Skills:

- Customer service (possibly retail, helpdesk)
- Good communication skills (confident use of English language)
- Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
- Good organisational and timekeeping abilities
- Literate as precise and legible note taking required

Preferred Skills:

- IT related experience
