Job Description

We are looking for a Health and Safety Administrator to provide administration services to the HSE Manager on a 3 month contract with the possibility of a permanent role. This is a part time role covering either 2 or 3 days per week.

As the HSE Administrator you will be responsible for the following:

The input administration of safety data, assisting with the filing / archiving of minutes, reports and certifications
Searching, distributing and logging of safety alerts and applying communications to company board, taking minutes where necessary during safety committee group meetings
Handle incoming calls, collate and administer defect/incident/accident reports

As the HSE administrator you will be assisting in the maintenance of the HSE Improvement plan and the compilation of incident information to identify incident trends and improvement opportunities
You will be participating in office HSE committees and coordinating inspections and improvements when necessary

So, what do we need from you ?

Good MS office including advanced excel, along with great communication skills, a good eye for detail and the ability to work independently and to tight deadlines.

This role would suit a document controller or a data controller or someone used to dealing with financial, legal or health and safety documents
