Project Coordinator / Admin

£15 - £16 per hour

6 - 12months (project ending 2020)


Monday - Friday

I am currently recruiting for a global energy company and world leader in wind energy. They provide energy management and supply of gas and electricity in the UK.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide project details related to events and media
  • Key role in production of material for executive meetings (Management Update, Project Status Update & Ad Hoc). Responsible for collation, input, review, formatting of information from numerous sources in a timely manner to support meetings.
  • Support the production of monthly reports.
  • Expediting, collation, input, formatting of project photographs from across the project for reporting.
  • Generally managing visual content and supporting preparation for meetings with senior management, local stakeholder events / newsletters, suppliers meeting, project events, etc.
  • Coordinating, formatting and presenting inputs for project information area's fixed and moving images.
  • Preparing up to date presentations including photographs, info-graphics for business updates held every two months
  • Provide information and necessary support to Project Management and Communications teams regard these events.
  • Managing resource & stakeholder distribution lists
