Senior Customer Service Advisor



Milton Keynes

An exciting opportunity has emerged to join a busy Customer Experience Team in a successful Milton Keynes organisation. As a member of one of our growing business units, you will be responsible for providing consistent, high quality, pro-active support to customers.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing consistent, high quality, pro-active support to customers.
  • Remain in constant communication with the Account Managers and work closely to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Pro-actively improve and develop the growing team.
  • Creatively transforming a customer's requirements into an online advert, including creating a summary description.
  • Responsibility for administering product orders and making them live on the website.
  • Proactively and constructively contributing ideas and challenging the team's processes where potential improvements have been identified.
  • Help manage the team workload ensuring all work is picked up within agreed turnaround.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A keen problem solver with a desire to take ownership to resolve issues.
  • A strong team player who forms positive relationships with both colleagues and customers.
  • You have a proven track record of providing proactive and personalised customer service.
  • Driven to exceed customer's expectations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Solid IT skills including Excel, Word and ideally CRM databases.
