Customer Service Executive



Milton Keynes

As a member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for offering a high quality and personalised service to some of the company's largest customers. You will be part of a team who are driven to do the right thing, encouraged to take responsibility and apply good judgement to best handle a range of standard and bespoke requests from both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • E-mail and telephone support, investigating, diagnosing and resolving customer enquiries
  • Taking end-to-end ownership over issues and managing customer expectations accordingly
  • Request bespoke reports for customers on a variety of data
  • Accurately recording and updating customer information
  • Proactively and constructively contributing ideas
  • Attending and actively contributing to meetings or projects that benefit the wider team

We are looking for someone with:

  • A keen problem solver with a desire to take ownership to resolve issues.
  • Someone who can manage expectations and build a strong rapport with demanding customers.
  • A strong team player who forms positive relationships with both colleagues and customers.
  • The ability to use your initiative and judgement to best handle the request.
  • A proven track record of providing proactive and personalised customer service, ideally working with large, high value and complex customer with strong attention to detail.
  • Solid IT skills including Excel, Word and ideally CRM databases
