Our client is looking for a Telemarketing Executive!

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Being responsible for the achievement of monthly and annual targets for the telemarketing function
- Identify and develop opportunities for existing services in other customer sets
- Represent the client and exhibitions and seminars
- Report on progress in a statistical format
- Achieving personal outbound call KPIs set by the manager
- Appointing opportunities for the sales team document
- Deliver market research
- Resolve ongoing issues to create an ongoing improved function
- Canvass / cross-sell new service
- Develop the relationship with potential clients
- Develop business relationships
We are looking for someone with:
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Sound commercial and financial awareness
- Excellent level of written and spoken English
- Proficient using Microsoft office packages
- Commercially minded, a good negotiator and strong influencing skills
- Working knowledge of process management and improvement activities
- Good problem solving skills
