An Internal Sales Executive is required to join a full service creative agency specialising in promotional merchandise / corporate gifts.

They are looking to appoint a full time, Internal Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales. The role will be focused on nurturing and closing leads that have been generated by their on-line marketing activity. They are a well-established and progressive graphic design agency offering design and print, web site development and corporate gifts from their base in Malmesbury, North Wiltshire.

Responsibilities to include:

- Following up on sales enquiries and closing deals
- Building strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers
- Identifying decision makers and developing accounts
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Maximising customer service levels
- Maintaining accurate records using comprehensive CRM software

This role requires an experienced sales person that has a proven track record in sales and account management. However, less experienced candidates with raw talent will also be considered. Candidates should demonstrate interpersonal, organisational and negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills, as well as the passion, drive and motivation to be the best.

Experience in creative or promotional merchandise industry will offer a strong advantage.

Generous salary with uncapped OTE available for applicants with the appropriate experience in the promotional merchandise market and a proven track record in promotional merchandise sales.

Location: The role is office based in Malmesbury, although you may be required to attend events or external meetings on occasions.
