Export Customer Service Administrator


Up to £28,000k

If yes, we have the perfect role for you!

We are looking for an experienced Export Customer Service Administrator to work in our client's busy Dartford office.

Key responsibilities as an Export Customer Service Administrator will include:

  • Administration of export shipments and arrival times using a bespoke System.
  • Managing a portfolio of customers ensuring that our client meet their service requirements
  • To provide a professional image of our client in dealing with customers on the phone or by email.
  • To communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments
  • To respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries
  • To analyse data from IT systems to understand the customer situation
  • To handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Occasional visits to customers including face to face meetings and service reviews

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent communication skills - with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to listen to others and understand the situation from their perspective.
  • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.
  • Experience in working in a customer services environment
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to work on own imitative and adapt working day around the issues
  • A high customer service orientation with a passion for delivering quality
