Job Description

We are working with a highly successful, international company on the outskirts of Watford to recruit a competent Sales Administrator for one of their teams. Providing support to the sales team by following up quotations and dealing with the order cycle, we are seeking candidates with some previous sales support/sales administration/account management experience. It is essential that candidates have experience of processing orders (for stock).

Duties to include:

  • Creating quotations and following up
  • Sales order processing
  • Checking stock availability and delivery timescales
  • Providing high levels of advice to customers
  • Responding to customer emails and phone calls
  • Supporting sales team
  • Reviewing customer trends in order to provide forecasts for stock required
  • Dealing with customer issues quickly and efficiently
  • Managing stock inventory and ensuring orders can be fulfilled
  • Discussing pricing, lead times and quotes with customers

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous sales support, sales admin experience essential
  • Experience of processing orders
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Team player
  • Self motivated, professional and hard working
