This company are specialists in air conditioning and chillers, operating from office/ workshops in Warwick, London and Reading. They currently have a position available at their Warwick office for an administration and contract support assistant.

They will consider applicants at all levels of experience, with a preference for strong IT and communication skills, and most importantly being a hardworking and dedicated team player. Training will be provided where required.

Main responsibilities will include:

To assist the Finance & Administration Director in day-to-day operations and finance activities, which include but are not restricted too:

- Day to day controlling of works management system and liaison with service department and engineering team
- Inputting and maintaining information in our works management system and internet portal
- The maintenance of our clients' information and handling requests for information and data
- Answering, screening and transferring inbound telephone calls as required
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, memos and emails
- Carrying out filing, photocopying and subsequent archiving
- Carrying out general adhoc office duties as required

Person Specification

Candidates will be required to demonstrate the following skills:

- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A willingness to learn about the Company's operations and services.
- Experience in a service industry would be desirable but not essential
- Experience with service industry job management systems would be desirable but not essential
