Are you a recent graduate with research skills, entrepreneurial flair and an interest in business? If so, a fantastic opportunity producing international commercial conferences awaits at one of the fastest growing companies in London.
With no dress code, a flat management structure with little hierarchy and lots of vision, this twenty year old company has achieved remarkable growth by developing ground-breaking business conferences in markets all over the world.
On a basic salary of £25k you would be researching the potential for new conferences and defining the agenda, the intellectual content of an event and recruiting the speakers. You'd also earn profit share, which ought to bring your first year earnings close to £30k. The role is not about event logistics; organising catering or staging etc. You would be the person defining the topic and framing the content, picking and recruiting the speakers not taste-testing the canapés.
The requirements for entry are any good degree (or equivalent achievement), research ability to unearth potential conference topics, persuasive skills to recruit high-level speakers and ideally some evidence of entrepreneurialism so we know you're business minded and imaginative.
You'll benefit from a training programme designed to develop your full potential, ("it's better than an MBA" said a former employee), international travel to your conferences and a generous profit-share bonus on top of a very competitive starting salary. Make a great start to your business career by sending a CV now!
