This is an exciting opportunity to join a Midlands based events agency with a passion for creating awesome events at some of the UK's biggest & brightest shopping centres and leisure venues. They are an extremely busy, fun, creative bunch of smile-makers who create & deliver events to their clients up and down the UK.

Three years old but in that time they have become one of the top 3 event providers to some extremely high profile retail brands.

To help them deliver their world-class events they are now looking for a hard-working Event Installer & Warehouse Manager to join the team. This role is integral to their future and will see you working with the whole team on the delivery of all kinds of events, from fashion shows to kids craft events for retail brands like intu, Merlin Entertainment, JLL, Westfield, British Land, Savills and McArthur Glen Outlets. But enough about us, let's talk about the job. This is a challenging and varied role so here's just a taster:

- This company lead event delivery driver to set-up and de-rig events at each event venue
- Client liaison when onsite delivering and de-rigging events
- H&S controls within the warehouse, offices and at each event location
- Ad hoc team event support duties where required
- Consistently benchmarking and looking for ways to improve their events, stock control and deliveries
- Organising and managing the event warehouse
- Stock control management and setting up/managing a stock control system
- Maintenance of all event stock and props to include some painting, repairs and safe storage
- Utilities management within building including electric, gas etc to ensure best value being achieved and efficiencies being made
- Event packing and event logistics management in collaboration with the events accounts team and timely despatch/delivery of stock, props and services
- Some purchasing and collection of event stock where required
- Taking care of the company van/s

The ideal candidate
- Gained a strong grounding within an events environment (but not an absolute must)
- Organised and good housekeeping skills
- Flexible approach to working hours and happy to work weekends too
- Good DIY skills and carpentry skills would be beneficial but not a must
- Approachable manner & ability to work under pressure
- A Team player with a good sense of humour
- Current driving licence
