Customer Insight Manager
Swinton Insurance
£50k + Benefits

Reporting to the Head of Analytics and Pricing, this role has a remit to manage and team of analysts that are responsible for applying statistical and analytical techniques to drive efficiency and increase effectiveness across the customer journey.

Your team will be required to perform detailed analysis to enable customer and insurer partner insight in the business.

You will be responsible for managing the communication of this analysis across the business and will frequently be asked to present your recommendations to the Executive Committee and Heads of Department.


* A proven track record in delivering research and insight programmes
* Experience of leading and managing a team of specialist analysts in a financial services (or other data rich industry) business
* Experience and awareness of progressive communication approaches, ability to embed industry best practice and new ways of working to improve engagement with customers and stakeholders
* Well developed problem solving ability and proven track record.

Whilst you'll have the analytical skill set, you'll be able to translate analytical thinking into 'easy to understand' commercial concepts and be confident in presenting technical information in a variety of mediums to colleagues.

You'll be highly competent in Data Analysis.

As well as;

Educated to degree level in a numerical discipline
Experience of influencing stakeholders to own way of thinking
Competent in MS Office - particularly Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Desirable Skills
Experience working in the Insurance industry
