Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an IT Administration and Support Analyst to work within the Corporate Services Division at a prestigious Lloyd's Broker. This role will provide efficient, high quality and professional support to the internal and external customers through the IT Helpdesk, along with IT Administration and support.

The role will involve dealing with third parties and suppliers including managing the Company mobile phone contracts and hardware, as well as assisting in the delivery of IT projects and managing team workflow including planning, allocation, tracking and support.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in/alongside an IT support environment. The candidate will be able to work within a team with a varied workload while ensuring constant attention to detail. Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office products is essential with exposure to an IT ticket management system or IT Helpdesk & ITIL v3 knowledge desirable.
