Aftercare Customer Service Adviser
Xpress Solutions are currently recruiting for a aftercare customer service agent to work for a auto company based in Oldham.
- Follow up all sales with a courtesy call
- Provide assistance and aftercare to all customers
- General customer service via phone and face to face.
You will have experience using a telephone and have a confident telephone manner, customer service experience would be an advantage but not essential. You must be warm, friendly and have a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
The Working hours would be Monday to Friday 0900-1700 although this can be reviewed and flexible hours are available.
